Ted Clearwater

Ted Maurice Clearwater left this life for another on April 25, 2018. Ted was born to Helen (Humbert) Clearwater and Clarence Clearwater on February 9, 1953. He graduated from Raymond High School in 1971 and worked at Bill and Mary’s Bakery (Dick’s Bakery) for 27 years. Ted enjoyed woodworking, gardening, old movies, the beach, old cars, his cats and a good cocktail. Being a Mr. Fix It, Ted would help friends with whatever they needed, whenever they asked. Though he could curse a blue streak and would often scare, unintentionally, the friends he was helping. He was known for a wicked sense of humor and could always make everyone laugh. He had a kind heart and tried to be fair and decent to everyone he met. Ted is survived by his wife of 44 years, Michelle (Briney) Clearwater, at their home in Raymond, his sister Janis (Tom) Betrozoff of Menlo, WA, brothers Ross (Penny) Clearwater also of Menlo and Steve Clearwater of Flagstaff, AZ as well as many nieces and nephews.
