Sharon Kay Leseman passed away at the North Cove - Grayland Beach area on February 2nd, 2018. She was born December 7, 1956 in Centralia, WA, to Arthur A. and Katherine J. (Shock) Turner. At a very young age Sharon moved with her family to Huntington Indiana, where she was raised until moving back to the area in 1979. On July 4, 1994, she married Edward A. Leseman at the Winlock Lutheran Church. Since 2001 she has worked as a fish hatchery specialist for the Washington State Fish and Wildlife Department. Sharon was a member at the American Legion. In her free time, she enjoyed gardening, making wine, fishing, working with animal rescue, and had a summertime passion for yard sales. Surviving Sharon are her husband Edward, her son Robert Leseman of Orting, Washington, 2 daughters; Ora Sorensen, and Jenn Wolfenbarger, 4 brothers; Art, Jeff, and Phil, all of Huntington, Indiana, and Randy of Toledo, Washington, 4 sisters; Mary, Sandy Roberts, and Tresa all of Huntington Indiana, and Joyce of Tacoma, Washington, and 4 grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lewis County Animal Shelter at p.o. box 367, Chehalis, WA 98532. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 10, at the Toledo Senior Citizens Center, 150 Coal St. Toledo, Washington.
