Richard Weslee Frasier (Rick) passed away at the age of 57 in Menlo, Washington on January 2, 2014. Rick was born on May 14th, 1956, son of the late Patricia and Jerry Frasier. He married Teri (Friese) Frasier in 1975 and raised his three children in Menlo. Rick and Teri would have been married 37 years on January 31st. Rick spent most of his career working at the Willapa Valley School District as a custodian and bus driver, where he was loved by countless staff members and students. Rick was always known at work as the person who would do anything for anybody. He loved working with the kids more than anything else. Above all though, Rick loved spending time with his grandchildren, who called him “Pa†. Rick is survived by his wife Teri, his three children; Kari (Sam), Keith (Erin), and Dave (Emily), his seven grandchildren; Colby, Merissa, Trent, Adam, Rose, Tyler, and Olivia, his grandparents Grandma Annabelle Spray, Grandma Ramona Turner, and his Brother Randy Frasier. Rick was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Frasier, and his father Jerry Frasier. A service will be held at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Frances on Saturday, January 11th at 11:00 a.m. A gathering will follow for friends and family at the Swiss Hall in Frances. Arrangements were in care of Stoller’s Mortuary in Raymond.
