Phyllis Egberg

Phyllis Jean Egberg, a North Cove resident passed away August 16, 2017 at her home; she was 91. Jean was born July 25, 1926 in Bennet, Nebraska to Clarence and Hilda (May) Wood. She received her elementary education in Crete, Nebraska. In 1941, she moved with her parents to Portland, Oregon where she finished her high school education. In 1944, she married LeRoy Egberg, he preceded her in death in 1985. They had two children; Karen (Jim) Alexander of Vancouver, WA and Roger (Jean) Egberg of North Plains, OR. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren; Jason (Harmony) of North Plains, OR and Angela of Milwaukie, OR and 1 great grandchild Emili. At her request no memorial services will be held.
