Michelle Hale

Michelle Marie Hale, age 67, passed away January 5th, 2020. She was born February 27th, 1952 in Raymond, WA, to Donald and Mary Jane Nichols (Orkney). She was a 1970 graduate of Willapa Valley High School. After she graduated, Michelle moved to Las Vegas for a few short years. She worked there as a dispatcher for the government before returning to Raymond to work as a retail clerk until her retirement. Michelle loved being a mother and grandmother more than anything in the world. She loved taking care of others and was always there to lend a hand to those in need. She was an amazing cook who could whip up just about anything with only a few ingredients! She was also very social and enjoyed spending time with her friends at various get-togethers, traveling with her man, and playing bingo. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Jane; and her brothers, Gary and Mike Nichols. She is survived by her father, Donald Nichols, of Tokeland; her son, Shane Andrews, of Raymond; her two daughters, Dallas Clements and Teylor Dickey, also from Raymond; seven grandchildren, Ali, Kaylee, Cody, Lucas, Wyatt, Aubrey, and Kason; and her sweetheart Glenn Borden. Michelle was an incredible woman who will be deeply missed by all who loved her. A celebration of life will be held on January 25th at 11:00 a.m. at Crossroads Church in Raymond, followed by a potluck.
