Melvin Shaffer

Melvin Walter Shaffer, a Copalis Beach resident died Sunday, June 1, 2014 at the Willapa Harbor Care Center in Raymond; he was 85. Melvin was born June 18, 1928 in Wenatchee, WA to Melvin H. and Etta (McArthur) Shaffer. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements were in care of Stoller’s Mortuary in Raymond.
