Keo Viengxay

Keo Viengxay, a Raymond resident, died Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at the Willapa Harbor Hospital in South Bend. He was 59. Keo was born May 17, 1959 in Khammouan, Laos to Bounthum and Songka Viengxay. He married his wife Seum in Laos and together they came to the United States in 1990 as refugees. He worked hard to provide for his family. Keo was employed as a mechanic for Coast Oyster in South Bend. He loved watching sports, especially the Seahawks. Keo also enjoyed his time spent fishing. He’s now been reunited and is fishing in the most beautiful place catching the big ones with his three best friends and his sister. Keo is survived by his wife Seum, his daughter Saengchanh and his son Xang. Traditional Buddhist Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 19, 2018 at Stoller’s Mortuary in Raymond.
