JoAnn “Bubbles” Carver, age 79, of Raymond, WA passed away Thursday morning, May 28th, 2020 in Auburn, WA. JoAnn, born February 4th, 1941 in South Bend, WA, a daughter of the late Johnny and Arabelle Mieshbuhler. She was preceded in death by her three sisters, Dorothy, Donna, and Sandy. Bubbles leaves behind her two daughters, Tina Shapansky and Teresa Bloomstrom. She was a loving grandmother to four grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and an aunt to many nieces and nephews. She was a well-known resident of Raymond, WA where she graduated from Raymond High School and was a long-time active member of the Raymond Eagles. Her kind heart and strong caring character will be missed greatly by many family and friends. She was a longtime fan of the Seattle Mariners, San Francisco 49ers, and enjoyed listening to Elvis Presley. She liked to crochet, play cards, take weekend trips to Seaside with family, and spent a lot of time with her nearby neighbors. Plus, a special thank you to Bubbles’ best friend, Debi Nikisch, for your loving kindness and care for her. Per JoAnn’s wishes, there will be no public funeral services or celebration of life.
