Jack Teague

January 13, 1929 — April 21, 2016

Jack passed away at Santiam Memorial Hospital in Stayton, Or. He leaves his wife Helen, daughter Vicki and son-in-law Stephan Weaver. Graveside and inurnment at 1:00pm Wed.
