Gary Donald Romane passed away in Raymond, WA, in the loving care of his family on April 6th, 2024, at 77 years old. Gary was born in Eureka, California on December 18th, 1946, to Donald and Isabelle (Morrison) Romane, but was raised in Willapa, WA, where he graduated from Willapa Valley High School in 1965. He worked as an autobody repairman and painter and also trained dogs for weight pulling competitions. His biggest passion was for building motorcycles.
Gary is preceded in death by his parents Donald and Isabelle Romane and his brother Richard Romane. He is survived by son Michael J. Romane of Longview, WA, daughter Michelle A. Romane of South Bend, WA, brother Steve Romane of Colville, WA, as well as 4 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
Gary's daughter Michelle says about her father, "he was my best friend and I'll miss him every day. But I know where he is and that gives me peace."
Gary's cremation has taken place and there will be no services at this time.
