Evelyne Marie Coburn

Evelyne Marie Coburn died from complications of lung cancer on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at her home in Raymond; she was 89. She was a familiar face in the community; she worked as a clerk at Raymond City Hall for over 20 years and volunteered at Pennywise and the food bank for over 25 years. Evelyne was an avid gardener and member of the garden club. She also enjoyed square dancing, traveling and spending time with family. She was born January 26,1931 to Manuel and Sarah (Swalander) Frandsen in Burwell, Nebraska. On August 5,1950 she married Darrell Coburn in Castle Rock, WA. They were married for 25 years. Surviving Evelyne are her daughter Sue (Dave) of Kent, WA, Three sons Mark (Cynthia) of Sandpoint, ID, Steve (Becky) of Lebam, WA, Jerry (Mary) of Spokane, WA. Eight grandchildren Aaron, Phillip, Cheri, Kimmi, Lynne, Michelle, Andy, Alex, and eight great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Darrell, and her brother Bob.
