Dolores Bussabarger

Olympia, Wash. Dolores Jean Bussabarger, 81, former Raymond resident died Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at her home in Olympia. She was born September 26, 1932 in Missoula, Montana to George Washington Hughes and Janet Laura Jarvis Weander Pasley. Dolores married Robert A. Bussabarger M.D. in March of 1963 in Raymond; he preceded her in death in 1993. She was a graduate of Jefferson High School in Portland, OR and worked for sometime as an airline attendant, for a phone company and for Union Oil; however the majority of her career was spent being a homemaker. She enjoyed her family and loved socializing with her friends. She was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta, the former St. John’s Episcopal Church of South Bend and was a Lady Elk member. Dolores is survived by a daughter Tracy Bussabarger of Olympia, granddaughter Danielle Bussabarger, three great grandchildren Whisper Bussabarger, Tristan Wakefield and Scarlett Bussabarger-Rickert; an aunt Caroline Wiseman and two cousins, Michael Wiseman and Janet Sue Harber. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 27, 2014 at the Fern Hill Cemetery in Menlo where burial will be held next to her husband.
