Dale Koenig

Dale Wayne Koenig, a South Bend resident died Saturday, December 27, 2014 at the Willapa Harbor Hospital; he was 82. Dale was born October 23, 1932 in Sterling, Colorado to John W. Koenig and Alice M. Fentress. Dale served in the United States Navy and was honorably discharged. He worked for various companies driving truck and retired completely when he was 62. Dale is survived by his wife Janice Koenig of South Bend; sons Kevin, Marvin, Kenny Koenig and Phillip Perkins of Sterling Colorado, Wayne Perkins of South Bend, WA; daughters Jean Mulquin, Terry Stewart of Eaton, Colorado, Donna Davis of Hadlock, Washington and Katina Grantz of St. Marie, Montana. Dale is also survived by brothers: Robert, Victor, Ray and Mark Koenig and a special caregiver and friend Cena Knutson. There will be no services held at this time.
