Catherine Granato

Catherine Dawn Granato, a Raymond resident, passed away Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at the Willapa Harbor Hospital in South Bend, she was 44. Catherine was born April 22, 1973 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Theodore and Janice (Clark) Clements. She was raised in Rodeo, CA; graduating from Hogan High School in 1991. Katie married Michael Granato December 28, 1991 in Reno, Nevada, he survives her at the family home in Raymond. Together they moved to Willapa Harbor in 2002. She enjoyed shopping, social media, taking pictures, reading and most of all she loved time spent with her grandbabies. Katie is survived by her husband Michael, her father Theodore, sons Kevin Granato of Hoquiam, Niko and Derek Granato both of Raymond. Katie is also survived by her daughter Janel Silva of Raymond as well as four grandchildren and a brother Lance Clements of Aberdeen. She was preceded in death by her mother, Janice, and by her sister Samantha Lynn. Memorial donations may be made to the Chiari Syringomyelia Foundation via their website CSFinfo.org in Katie’s name. A Celebration of Katie’s Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 7th, 2018 at New Life Fellowship in Raymond. Arrangements were in care of Stoller’s Mortuary in Raymond.
