Carlene Ritzman

Carlene “Susie†Ritzman (Pettit), 78, loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and dear friend was granted her angel wings on May 1st 2017. Her final days were spent surrounded by her husband, family and friends. Susie was born on August 17, 1938 and grew up in Willapa with her parents and brother. Willapa is also where she met and married the love of her life Red in 1956, and where they spent her life raising their 4 sons. Susie enjoyed spending time with friends and family, as well as camping and cooking. Susie is survived by her husband Edward “Red†Ritzman, her four sons Carl (Jackie), Craig “Bub†, Lee “Rolo†(Terri), and Lane. Also by her sister in-law Lois Karnas, and her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Susie is preceded in death by her father Carl Pettit, mother Velma Pettit, brother Jim Pettit, and grandson Blake Ritzman. We will always carry her memory in our hearts.
